Small Style: The Belle Of Valentine's Day

I am absolutely enamored with this ridiculously girl and frilly light pink heart shaped tulle skirt from The Gap. Makes for the beginnings of a perfect Valentine's Day inspired ensemble, don't you think?  I think pairing the skirt with a fun polka dot cardigan in a soft grey is a match made in heaven. Add a pair of grey tights to keep little legs warm and top off with a sweet ballet flats. Your little Valentine is sure to snag a few hearts with this look!
